More Gothic Sculptures seen on Mars Curiosity Rover images

Sol 17 on Mars

Sol 107 was an interesting day on Mars. Among many other 'curious' objects, the Curiosity Rover captured this image of a Gargoyle lying face down in the dust. The exposed part at the top would probably have been the back of it where it would have been attached to some other structure. You can see the head of the Gargoyle, face down, at the right hand side of this image with the ears on top.

Gargoyle on Mars

Below is a slightly enlarged view of the head. It is quite hard to see at first, but turn your head to the right and you will see the Gargoyle head clearly. It's odd that NASA doesn't seem to be interested in these things. I thought they were looking for signs that life might have existed on Mars. I wonder who carved these things? It wouldn't be Martians by any chance?

Gothic Sculpture on Mars
Here again is another fine example of Martian Gothic Art. Completely ignored by NASA who obviously don't see anything interesting in these artifacts lying all over the surface.

Carved Bird-like Figure with Large Eyes and Beak
You would think that NASA might see something that was worth investigating here but no, they carry on looking for rocks to drill into or to practice firing their laser at. Never mind that there are bits of broken sculpture all over the place, just carry on as if there is nothing to see here.....

Ancient Ruins on Mars
More broken masonry and sculpture lying in pieces on the Martian surface

Object embedded in the Martian soil
I would have thought that this image would merit some further examination but NASA don't appear to be very interested. I find it quite incredible that they would go to all the trouble to send an incredibly advanced piece of technology to Mars to look for 'signs of life' and just completely ignore all the things that scatter the surface which are plainly not just rocks. Show some Curiosity NASA !!
